Forte is a personal career agent for medical professionals, open to new members. This early service helps us improve the conversation, onboarding, and opportunity research. It is free for members.

What you share

We save your first name, last name, preferred name, phone number, profession, career stage, location preferences, priorities, messaging choices, and the conversations you have with Forte. Your agent uses this context across conversations. You can correct it in Messages. You don’t need to share compensation during onboarding.

Referrals

You can get started without an invitation. Members can share a personal referral link with friends and colleagues. If you use one, we record the referral after you confirm your own number. We do not share your profile, compensation, conversations or membership activity with the person who referred you.

Where it goes

Cloudflare hosts the service and stores your profile and conversation. Sendblue delivers messages. Anthropic processes relevant context using Claude. Earlier pilot evaluations used Vercel and TypeSafe’s JEV for opportunity fit. That step has been retired; new evaluations use Claude through Anthropic. Web research uses broad profession and geography queries; we do not need your name, phone number, employer, or private compensation to search. The founder can review pilot conversations and research to improve the service. Please do not share patient information, government identifiers, account numbers, or documents you are not entitled to share.

Offer letters and screenshots

If you send an offer PDF or screenshot, we ask you to reply REVIEW FILES before sending the file to Anthropic to extract relevant terms. This permission applies to the current pending batch, not future files. Forte saves the extracted terms for your review; it does not keep a copy of the original file. Sendblue and Anthropic may retain records under their own policies. Extractions can contain mistakes: please confirm or correct the important numbers and wording. Text DISCARD FILES to remove pending files and saved extractions from Forte; this does not remove earlier discussion from chat history. PDFs should contain only relevant pages, up to ten pages and 2 MB; JPG, PNG and WebP images can be up to 4 MB. Other file types are not supported.

Your choices

Text STOP to stop automated replies and scheduled updates. Text START to resume. Text HELP for options, PAUSE UPDATES to turn off scheduled reviews and check-ins, or WEEKLY UPDATES to choose weekly reviews. You can also ask to start or pause monitoring in ordinary language. You can choose daily market reviews with weekly check-ins and earlier messages for meaningful changes, or weekly reviews. Asking Forte to keep an eye on your market also starts daily reviews with weekly check-ins. Scheduled messages are limited to daytime in your selected or inferred US time zone. Reviews are bounded public searches, not an exhaustive real-time feed, and depend on source and service availability. You can ask for a search anytime. You can also ask for a dated follow-up. Text FOLLOWUPS to see saved dates, PAUSE FOLLOWUPS to pause these reminders, or RESUME FOLLOWUPS to resume them. A date you mention is not automatically permission to send a reminder. Follow-ups run hourly during daytime, so they are not exact-time alarms. Messages and data rates may apply. Signing up or receiving a referral is not consent to send you messages: you must opt in and send the first text yourself.

Learning across members

Your private conversations and individual compensation package are not shown to other members or used as another member’s personal example. Shared compensation benchmarks based on member contributions are not currently enabled. If Forte introduces them, contributing will require a separate, optional choice and privacy protections; signing up or referring a colleague does not opt you in.

Research, with context

Forte can research public job listings and pay information and compare it with what matters to you. A listing is evidence of an advertised role, not confirmation that it is still available or that every term is accurate. Your agent distinguishes advertised pay from a representative market benchmark. Forte does not contact employers, apply, negotiate externally, or share your information without a separate, specific approval. Compensation comparisons use the figures and assumptions you supply. They keep recurring pay, variable pay, benefits and one-time payments separate; they are pre-tax and do not determine legal rights or tax equivalence. Legal and financial decisions remain yours; this pilot is not a law firm or a clinical service.

Retention and deletion

Inactive pilot accounts and their stored conversations and reports are removed after 30 days without member activity. Unverified sign-ups expire after 30 minutes. Provider retention policies also apply. Text DELETE MY DATA to start a confirmation flow; confirming removes Forte’s stored profile, conversation, research, comparisons, extracted file terms and follow-up records, and stops further messages. It does not erase messages already on your phone or records retained independently by messaging or model providers. Text FORTE RESET to clear conversational memory while keeping your onboarding basics.
